The beta

FlexPad is in beta. We work hard to keep it reliable and your data safe, but features may change and there may be bugs. Please report anything odd.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your login details private and use a strong password.
• Check documents before you issue or send them. You're responsible for your invoices, VAT returns and tax filings.
• Only invite people you trust to your business, and give them the right role.

Not tax or legal advice

FlexPad helps you keep records and reminds you of common deadlines. It is not tax, accounting or legal advice. Deadlines and VAT rules can change and may not cover your situation — check with your accountant.

The Flex assistant

Flex produces drafts using AI. Drafts can be wrong. Read and edit anything Flex suggests before you use it.

Your data

Your business data belongs to you. You can download all of it at any time from Business settings.
